Struggling with a Biellmann?

Join on December 7 for the first session
In each spin session, we'll focus primarily on the Biellmann spin (70-80% of the time) while also working on I-positions and Layback spins for a well-rounded practice.

  • Coach Inga
    Every Saturday
    Inga is a former member of the Georgian figure skating National team. Inga participated in lots of training camps and seminars led by well-known coaches such as Alexei Mishin, Michael Huth, and the ISU 1st Vice President Alexander Lakernik.
  • Coach Mary
    Every Sunday
    Mary is a figure skating coach with over 14 years of skating background. She is a medalist of "Amsterdam Challenge Cup 2020", "Sophia Trophy 2021" and a participant of the International Forum of Young Olympians 2021. She specializes in jumping and spinner techniques.

    Beginning by strengthening the core muscles necessary to hold the Biellmann position, focusing on back flexibility and shoulder mobility.

    Breaking down the steps involved in entering and holding the Biellmann position, providing tips and corrections to ensure proper technique.
