Who leads the program?
Coach Anastasia
Anastasia is a certified fitness coach with over 17 years of coaching experience. She has Master's Degree in physical culture and sports, along with a degree in nutritiology. Anastasiia specializes in power, function, mobility, stretching training and yoga.
50-Minute Fitness and Conditioning Practice Overview
Objective: Develop strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility within a focused 50-minute session.
Practice Structure

Warm-Up (5 minutes)
Light cardio: jogging, jumping jacks, or high knees
Dynamic stretches: arm circles, leg swings, and hip openers

Core Activation (10 minutes)
Targeted core exercises to build stability and control
Emphasis on proper alignment and breathing

Strength Training (15 minutes)
Functional movements targeting major muscle groups
Incorporate squats, lunges, push-ups, and resistance exercises

Conditioning (10 minutes)
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) or plyometric exercises
Focus on short bursts of effort followed by recovery
